Hi folks, I'm delighted to present the 2024 Annual Report, which includes the agenda and all papers for the AGM in the clubhouse on the evening of Friday 15th November (next week).

The plan is to cover the mandatory sections 1-7, and then the accompanying papers A - J are for noting (or exceptional discussion under Q&A if anyone wants to!). 

The key decisions on the night are:
- decision on the 1 motion received (adding a climate / sustainability officer to the committee), 
- approval of the exec committee for 2025, 
- agreeing the membership structure for 2025

Hopefully won't last longer than an hour or so, and then we can all head over to Seapoint for a well earned refreshment or two!
